High Crimes in the name of “Family Planning”

In the United States, the story of Planned Parenthood became a public drama on October 16, 1916, in the Brownsville community of Brooklyn, NY. On that day, Margaret Sanger, her sister, and an associate opened the first birth control clinic in America.

Beginning in 1939, Sanger's "Negro Project” was initiated, which was designed to serve African Americans in the rural South. The advisory council called it a "unique experiment in race”, which was the reduction of African American babies into the United States; namely it was the fulfillment of Sanger’s “Eugenics Movement.”

Sanger's Birth Control Federation of America, which became Planned Parenthood Federation of American in 1942, established a Division of Negro Service to oversee the Negro Project and to implement Sanger's Eugenics Movement to African Americans nationally. Sponsored by Sanger's fundraising efforts the division provided black organizations across the country with Planned Parenthood literature, lobbied medical groups and taught contraceptive and abortion techniques to black doctors. By the way, the total number of black babies aborted in the US since Roe v. Wade is now over 15 million, which calculates to over 500,000 per year.

Eugenics is a theory of improving hereditary qualities by socially controlling human reproduction. Eugenicists, including Adolf Hitler and the Nazis, along with Sanger, identified with the broader issues of “race quality” that concerned the early 20th-century eugenics movement during the 1920s and '30s.

Eugenics principles favored: Incentives for the voluntary hospitalization and/or sterilization of people with untreatable, disabling, hereditary condition; the adoption and enforcement of stringent regulations to prevent the immigration of the diseased and "feebleminded" into the U.S.; placing so-called illiterates, paupers, unemployables, criminals, prostitutes, and dope-fiends on farms and open spaces as long as necessary for the strengthening and development of moral conduct.

Legalization of so-called “family planning” occurred when the U.S. Supreme Court, in Griswold v. Connecticut, struck down state laws prohibiting the use of contraceptives by married couples. The decision results in the immediate liberalization of family planning legislation in 10 states — which begin to provide family planning services with tax funds and paves the way for the nearly unanimous acceptance of contraception and that now exists in this country.

In 1970, New York State enacts the most progressive abortion law in the nation, permitting abortion through the 24th week of pregnancy if performed by a licensed physician. Planned Parenthood of Syracuse, New York, becomes the first Planned Parenthood affiliate to offer abortion services.

In 1974, John D. Rockefeller was instrumental in organizing the United Nations World Population Conference, the first government-sponsored conference on population, which is held in Bucharest. Attendees adopt the World Population Plan of Action, establishing voluntary family planning (Abortion) as a basic human right, give high priority to contraceptive research, and recognize that abortion policies and programs must be part of overall social and economic development plans. Only one country, The Vatican, voted not to support the plan.

One of our Founding Father’s, James Madison said the following: “There are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.” How true in the case of Maggie Sanger and the slow rise to power of Planned Parenthood.

As a eugenicist, Sanger wanted to rid the world of “less than appropriate” races. If white, she wanted the parents to have perfect children. Less than perfect equated to aborted. If poor, offer contraceptives so they could not populate the world with more poor people.

Now it is alleged that Planned Parenthood conceals crimes against persons, such as rape and incest, and sells waste body parts for research. Planned Parenthood Federation of America is a not-for-profit organization that receives millions of dollars per year in your tax money. According to the latest annual report, PPFA revenues for the fiscal year totaled nearly $1 Billion dollars. Private contributions, at $400 million, accounted for just over a third (35%) of those revenues, while "clinic income," at $300 million, and "government grants and contracts," at $200 million, comprised the bulk of the rest.

Planned Parenthood today is the achievement of a “gradual and silent encroachment” in the Eugenics Movement. High crimes committed in the farcical name of “Family Planning.”
