Today we are taking advantage of the opportunity offered by Kansas law to take enforcement of state laws directly to “the people.” We are seeking a Grand Jury led by a special prosecutor that has no ties to Foulston personally, her office, or to any past attorney general administration. This is necessary since this investigation’s main subject, late-term abortionist George Tiller, and his family have orchestrated monetary contributions and political advocacy campaigns to elect Foulston, former Attorney General Carla Stovall and current Attorney General Paul Morrison.
